The Individual Development Plan is a means in which Joysoft Inc. implements its company management philosophy of “cherishing, cultivating and caring for its employees”. The Individual Development Plan assists management in determining the current and needed capabilities of employees for both new and ongoing projects relative to the objectives of the organization.

Each employee prepares his or her own individual development plan.
